Review of Serious Moonlight (2009) by Richard C — 15 Mar 2010
Serious Moonlight isn't a great film. The movie is far more stagey than it is cinematic. It certainly won't appeal to everyone, but I liked Ryan and Hutton. I'm also happy that the late Adrienne Shelly's screenplay was produced.
That being said, I'd only give this renter a mild yes, and only if you are in the mood for this kind of thing.
