Review of Serenity (2005) by Sybylla Y — 03 Apr 2013
The movie was brilliant. An excellent follow up on one of the greatest pieces of sci-fi media, the short-lived show, Firefly. It didn't rely on big-budget effects, a bunch of good guys fighting against evil, or a plot no one understood.
It was a look at sci-fi in the perspective of ordinary people trying to make a living.
