Review of Séraphine (2008) by Tsz Yeung Yvonne P — 23 Jun 2009
I am not an art person, but I appreciate art and talent. I admire Seraphine's talent and excellent preformance by Yolande Moreau. Honestly, I think this film is over-rated. A bit boring. It is beautiful, but a bit more editing will make the pace faster.
The music by Michael Galasso is very repetitive. I find it almost identical to one of the track from "In the mood for love" soundtrack.
