Review of September Dawn (2007) by Roxy C — 09 Feb 2008
Most aspects of the LDS faith are portrayed not only inaccurately but grossly so, almost appears to be intentionally blowing things out of proportion. Joseph Smith, Brigham Young nor any of the prophets have ever been termed as Gods by the mormon people. (Do your research of certified history, not the crap you google).
The history of the attack is sound, I can find little error in the actual history. As for Brighams part even with the interstate it takes a while to get a horseman from Cedar City to Salt Lake. Brigham most likely didn't know, I'll stand by history until someone can prove soundly otherwise. I would remind you that any history you have to this event is entirely because of the mormons, and written by them.
Would you paint this picture of yourself?
