Review of Sense and Sensibility (1995) by Christel D — 17 Mar 2009
A wonderful movie! Everyone is great in this! This was before Alan Rickman (Colonel Brandon) became Professor Snape, and before Kate Winslet (Marianne) became Rose Dawson, and even before Hugh became House! I like how Emma Thompson (Elinor) was so grounded yet she was surrounded by such emotion and pettiness! Pride and Prejudice tried to compare, but nothing will ever beat out Sense and Sensibility.
Watch it. It's worth it.
