Review of Sense and Sensibility (1995) by Dora K — 26 Apr 2009
Emma Thompson should definitely have got the oscar for this film for acting as well. LOVED the performance of all actors, I think that's also because of the great Scrip (by Mrs. Thompson as well). It's funny entertaining, interesting at every point through the over 2 hours (thanks to Ang Lee). Beautiful dresses (I'd love to try on some of them myself :P).
Now I REALLY need to read the book to learn even more about Elinore and Marianne, two sister who can't be more different, but still seeking for the same thing.
