It helps that I was already an avid F1 fan before seeing this, but I've recommended it to several friends who couldn't care less about the sport as well. Why? Because it's a good and captivating biography, and very well executed.
Will you appreciate it on a different level if you're fluent in the culture of Formula One? Absolutely. But it is, quite simply, a good film...and one I think almost anyone who sees it would get something from.
