Review of Semi-Pro (2008) by Creme F — 07 Jul 2009
Is it bad that those Bud Light and Old Spice commercials with Ferrell are funnier then the movie itself? Disappointing sums this up best and I think this was the 1st time that I've ever said that overall, Will Ferrell was bad in a movie.
The plot was pretty dumb, the acting pretty average, and the jokes failed 3x out of every 4 attempts. There was some laughs though (thank god) but I think the only consistent funny guy was that lead announcer from time to time.
