Some funny moments, some odd moments, and some moments that go on for too long make up this movie... rather like most of Will Ferrell's movies not named "Anchorman." Will Arnett makes Jason Bateman proud with his announcing work (and let's be honest, Flint Tropics basketball should've been broadcast on The Ocho).
