Review of Selma (2014) by Kelan O — 09 Feb 2015
Featuring a solid lead performance the film plays a little too much like a history lesson at times, albeit one undoubtedly worth learning. Powerful in its portrayal of man's ever present capacity for horrific inhumanity, and a welcome reminder of the glimmer of hope provided by those brave enough to stand up and make a difference.
