Hugely important film. Goes through what happened in Selma AB, which started the march to Washington. This shows the human toll of the civil rights revolution. I'd never understood how brutal the times were before this film.
And yet this isn't a film that's difficult to watch. It's gripping and brings you into the moment of what life was like in those times - and reminds us of how some things have changes and some things haven't.
