Review of Self/less (2015) by Sydney S — 03 Apr 2016
Every time a film comes along that resurrects that great old 60s Twilight Zone sci-fi feel exploring a protagonist's conflict of interest between morality and consequence. The story asks me to root for the character I may never get to meet until the the last minute of the story - resolution, resurrection and reconciliation.
I can here the closing narrative by Rod Serling... "Submitted for you is a study of conflicts, between right and wrong, reason, visceral vindication and far-reaching consequences. It's a parable of reflection.
.. what would you do if you found yourself? ...In the Twilight Zone.".
