C'mon, I know it's not a super intelligent action/thriller with great dialogue, pacing and inspired undertones about the actions of men who put themselves above the law and the effects this can have. But my god its Nic Cage and Guy Peirce facing off in a decently directed, unintentionally funny excuse for an hour and a half of great popcorn cinema. Go in low; come out high on this feature.
Folks in America must find ominously watching people buy "candy" from vending machines a very interesting pass time.
