Review of Seeking Justice (2011) by Jake S — 14 Sep 2012
The narrative of Justice is interesting, the way the crime cell operates a "cycle" system that plays on victims and a member of the victim's family offering revenge for something in return. That something in return starts the cycle again whilst the crime cell claim victims money from crime scenes and information which leads onto another victim. The subplot to this is the fact 'Will' like the organisation after him smartens up, both Will and the crime cell don't want to be exposed, for Will to end it all he has to play the crime cell.
10mins in I guessed the entire plot including twists and sub-plots before they were explained. Either I'm practiced when it comes to identifying screenwriting or it could have been written more intricately, deeply and covertly when it comes to exposing what happens and more importantly when it happens. All in all not a bad film but it would have been a lot better if it wasn't as predictable.
