A by the numbers, far from great, and rather silly offering featuring Nic Cage paying off his tax bill. It's just about entertaining enough for a watch, but there just isn't anything up this movies sleeve for a memorable or repeat watch, with a plot that really lacks both spark and intelligence. Nic deserves better.
