Kind of a studio remake (but not officially) of a low budget indie called Last Night. Knightly and Carell make for an unlikely duo, and there are a few sparks. Mostly, though, the charm lies in the first half of the film, with all the little end-of-the-world gags playing out before the romance gets too shmaltzy.
