I haven't the slightest idea why I skipped this when it was released in theaters. I love Steve Carrell and I enjoy almost all he does. Well, I happen to find it on HBO On Deman in my quest for skipped movies.

Well, I shouldn't have skipped it because this was one good movie. The film follows two mis-matched neighbors as they travel to find the man's one true love. Steve Carrell and Keira Knightley are an odd match, one that shouldn't work as well as it does.

The film rests solely on their chemistry, and they do an incredible job at selling it at the end. However, it's the middle that was a little slow. The jokes were stale and few and far between and some of the side stories just seemed pointless.

The acting is pretty good, most notably from Carrell and Knightley, but also from a cameo at the end which I won't spoil here. At the end of the day, the film is enjoyable but flawed, but I still had fun watching it.
