Review of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012) by Andruw F — 29 May 2016
The first 3rd is excellent, and hilarious. If the whole movie had been that funny, it could have been one of the funniest movies ever! But the final two thirds are awful. Boring, and too long. And the shift in tone is pretty jarring.
But the whole movie is well acted, and pretty well directed. The writers just need to learn consistency, and to not give up by the end.
