Review of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012) by Javi N — 01 Apr 2014

This movie doesn't know what it wants to be, so it was sometimes just... well, tough to sit through. I liked the comedic parts, especially all the cameos. I liked the dark satire of how people dealt with the end of the world.

And even though I was skeptical, I kinda sometimes sorta liked Carell and Knightly together. They both did a great job acting, but their chemistry was uneven. As was the pacing. And the writing. And the tone.

I don't know how I feel about this one. I'd watch it again, but only if someone asked me to.
