Review of Seeing Other People (2004) by Mea H — 07 Sep 2007
I really liked this a lot. It's refreshing to see a movie about intelligent people where the dialogue isn't so self-satisfied, or as contrived and inflated as Dawson's Creek. These are intelligent people, talking like normal people, encountering situations that are totally feasible and very relatable.
I'm a little tired of seeing Jay Mohr as the sleazy TV exec (can he play another role?), but otherwise, it is delightful, and insightful, and enjoyable.
