Review of Seed of Chucky (2004) by Lauren S — 03 Nov 2008
In the fifth film in the "Child's Play" series the offspring of Chucky (Brad Dourif) and Tiff (Jennifer Tilly) resurrects his parents and for the last time (in this series, since a remake is being made) the killer dolls are back.
The previous movie: "Bride Of Chucky" was an ok horror-comedy, but "Seed Of Chucky" is not a funny comedy or a good horror movie. The series have taken it's toll and this one is just a flat out parody of itself and I'm not laughing.
Hopefully a remake will reinvent Chucky into a scary killer doll again and give him some dignity back, cause we all would be better off without this one.
