Review of Seed of Chucky (2004) by Dwight B — 23 Jan 2009
This movie could have been pretty good, but they dropped the ball in numerous places. The gore was pretty intense, a little too overboard in one or two scenes. The sub-plot involving Chucky and Tiffanyâ??s bizarre-looking, long-lost pacifist, sexually ambiguous child was just too weird.
The main story of Chuck and Tiff trying to acquire new bodies was Ok, a bit over the top silly with a lot of real world references. The best part of the movie is Chucky himself, who really doesnâ??t get to cut loose in till the end of the movie.
