This is by far the worst in the Childs Play series. The orginal Childs Play and Bride Of Chucky were far better films. This fails on all levels it tries very hard to be a good horror comedy but the jokes are flat and unfunny and it is never for one moment scary or suspenseful.
The addition of chuckys heshe child was just flat out stupid. The only posative things I can say are that the animatronics used for Chucky and Tiffany were good and that Jennifer Tilly did a good job in playing an exaggerated version of herself.
Overall don't waste your time with this dud of a film 1/5 stars.
