Review of See No Evil, Hear No Evil (1989) by Andy A — 14 Aug 2009
In "See No Evil, Hear No Evil" Richard Pryor is a blind man and Gene Wilder is a deaf man. They both inadvertently team up when they are suspected as being the murderers of a man that is killed while at Wilder's store. They have to find a way to keep away from the cops while they try to find and capture the real killers.
"See No Evil, Hear No Evil" has some comedy sequences you'll never forget once you see them. The parts I remember the most are when the police woman is trying to get a head shot of Gene Wilder and it just doesn't work out for her,and the parts where Gene Wilder keeps saying times such as 1 o'clock, telling Pryor where to punch because he can't see who he's supposed to be hitting are funny too. The whole movie is hilarious, and I recommend anybody who likes comedy movies to get it. NOTE: That was my Amazon review from the year 2000 - classic flick!
