Review of See No Evil (2006) by Ian P — 20 Apr 2010
After watching See No Evil, I had a mixed reception. The setting, cast, and overall idea is pretty good. What I disliked was the character personalities (which there was barely), and the suspense. In this case, there was hardly any of it.
See No Evil runs on many formulas that make Slasher films standard. It's gritty, it's bloody, it's violent. Although the overall media produced by See No Evil may tell people to stay away, a rental is greatly justified.
Give it a try. It's not that bad, but if you're looking to be scared to death, then you may want to excuse this film.
