Review of Secretary (2002) by Alan G — 21 Nov 2008
I was not completely sold on this movie until the very ending (and no, not just because it showed Maggie Gyllenhaal naked). I was still a little unsure whether I liked how things were turning out... but in the end, I thought it was a well done movie about two people that through a freak coincidence in bizarre mentality happen to be perfect for each other.
One has a domination fetish, and the other realizes that submission is exactly what she has always wanted to do. Weird. Not very relateable. But well done. Although I really felt that Peter got ripped off.
.. I felt sorry for the guy.
