A nice film based on the true story of the horse that brought the country together during a very difficult time in our history. The problem is the characters are written so shallow, my youngest child could swim in them.
It's hard to care about anybody because nothing is developed. Still, the race scenes are exhilarating as you find yourself cheering for Big Red.
