As I say a lot with historical dramas ... it takes a really special filmmaker to make a really good movie about something where the audience already knows what's going to happen. This one isn't one of those.
I mean, it's fine, I enjoyed it, but I didn't feel like it brought a whole lot else to the table. Very Disney-ish.
