The intricately nuanced performance by Julia Roberts was worth the ticket, but the plot and the script was slow and unproductive for most of the movie and the editing was badly done. I'm guessing they had the cast signed before they got to see the script.
It had some powerful moments, but you may have fallen asleep during all the chitchat portions and missed them. I'd save for a rental or streaming.
