Review of Seconds Apart (2011) by David Ray G — 02 Jun 2011
There are things about this movie that were spectacular and things that were very, very flat. A mixed bag, a...so-and-so.
The poster is pretty fantastic for one - the creepy new things introduced, as well as the performances from the Entin twins. Evil twins and mind-controlling self-harming is something we've seen before, but it somehow manages to be original.
However, I'm amazed how little development there was in the storyline. The police work to discover the people responsible for the murders was minimal and presented poorly. The direction is pretty poor too, and the movie becomes rather boring in the middle.
But - it's still an okay film. Nothing special, but nice to spend your time watching.
