Review of Seconds (1966) by K S — 23 Dec 2008
I'm a fan of Frankenheimer work in the 60's. I feel he was very underrated and he had a guerilla approach to camera direction. There are noteworthy advances in this picture that help along the dream like state of affairs that go on in the plot.
Rock Hudson was tailor made for this role. This a film that approached peculiar, sci-fi material in a groundbreaking way. Interesting performances to all.
