Cheesy, whimsical, something not quite right about it's execution and I love it. The Michael Cane and Robert Duvall and excellent, though a loot of the other actors aren't quite up to par. OKay some parts I might not enjoy but the ones I do keep me going for the rewind button.
plus possible a the best moment in Movie history when Robert Duvall tells some 'Punks' who he is.
