Review of Searching for Sugar Man (2012) by Gary C — 27 Feb 2013

I have no idea of Malik's background, but, after seeing "Searching" for the 3rd time I am struck by the masterful way he wrote and edited his film. "SugarMan" is remarkable on many levels.

First: the way it was made and edited; Second: the story its self; Third: Rodriguez, the man; Fourth: the Music, which is the glue that ties the story together...plus, A Special Mention for, his Daughters and the guy I wish I knew more about: Emmerson.
