A wonderful documentary about Rodriguez, a Dylanesque singer-songwriter from the 70s who, despite rave reviews, disappeared into obscurity only to resurface 40 years later in South Africa where he is "bigger than Elvis".
It's cinema run was limited and is almost over, but definitely one to watch out for if and when it comes out on DVD.
He only recorded two albums (his third was unfinished), but the lyrics and sounds of the tracks I heard on the film were excellent.
I sense a wee online browsing/buying session brewing.
