Review of Searching for Debra Winger (2002) by Mike J — 03 Jul 2008
Rosanna Arquette has a mid-life crisis and makes a decent documentary giving you a peek into the lives and work of some of Hollywood's finest actresses. Often self-indulgent but rarely boring, I was entertained for the entirety of its 99 minute running time and, in the end, the film got a conversation going, which is never a bad thing.
As a side note, I was gonna go with 2.5 stars but the quality of a few select interviews in this movie pushed it up another half-a-notch.
