Three men who are lost and in need of hope find it in a horse which is supposedly uplifts the people of the depression. The movie does this very well but every now and then its very blunt and in your face.
It reminded me alot like Cinderella Man. While Cinderella Man was powered by its performances this movie is powered by the story.
