Review of Seabiscuit (2003) by Murder C — 04 Dec 2010
Based on true events during the great depression in 1930's USA. A car maker (Jeff Bridges) buys a small racehorse named Seabiscuit that soon becomes somewhat of a figure of hope to many during the hard times of the depression.
Boring drama without any interesting turns or impressive acting performances. Tobey Maguire is annoying as hell and both Jeff Bridges and Chris Cooper fail to impress. Not a bad movie, but far from a good one.
