Yeah, I may be given a hard time for liking this movie as much as I do, but I don't care. The cast is great, the cinematography is beautiful, and it's one of the best true stories around, and is truly uplifting.
Read the book... it's a very good companion piece to the movie. Sure, it may be sappy in the end, but to think that a down-and-out horse and jockey could both exceed all expectations... damn, it gets me every time!
