Review of Se7en (1995) by Jake — 14 Dec 2005
Everything that the Saw movies want to be: Creepy, sadistic and thrilling. Enjoyed it quite a bit, although I was disappointed by how the killer ia revealed in the final third (although Edward Norton pulled off a pretty damn creepy performance).
The ending, although pretty shocking and original, seemed anticlimactic, making what could have been a great film merely a good one.
