I liked it:
It wasn't a great mystery or detective movie, as I felt the story was being fed to me. Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt were great, though. R. Lee Ermey was, well, R. Lee Ermey, which I like. To go along with the good acting the cinematics on David Fincher's part were spectacular and kept me intrigued. While the plot wasn't thrilling or mysterious, it was by no means boring. The pace was kept well enough for me.
