It is a superb film BUT for us of a certain age it is not just drama, it is a realism that kept us disciplined and out of prison, it served its purpose & became a classic at the same time, not to mention 'made' some actors along the way - Ray Winstone of course, Patrick Murray, Phil Danieals amongst others!
