Brutal and violent but superbly portrayed by one and all. Life in boarstal wasn't meant to be pretty and this film leaves you in no doubt that it wasn't. Winstone becomes the "daddy" in one blood crunching scene but it's what happens in the potting shed that is so graphic it leaves you mentally scarred.
YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!!
