A very grim, bleak British film about the borstal system. Still quite violent and disturbing even though it was made over 30 years ago. It is a must see though, there have been a few copycat films since that don't really compare.
Ray Winstone's great but Mick Ford definitely steals the show for me. It won't be to everyones taste but it is worth seeing once at least.
