Great movie.somewhat dated,but a remake wouldn't work as borstals of this kind were unique to the era.stands the test of time tho.
This was banned in the UK for ages,which seems strange when we compare it to modern day movies.but,i suppose the violence is still explicitly brutal,and there is no happy ending or hopeful prognosis for it's characters.
