Review of Scrooged (1988) by Mark O — 23 Dec 2009
I still think of this as that new funny version of A Christmas Carol that came out recently. But it's now over 20 years old! Argh. Murray is at the top of his game and there's a large fun cast that had me going: is he dead now? what ever happened to her? didn't I see him on TV last week, is she that old? .
.. Hilarious and sentimental, I have to put it up there just below A Christmas Story as a seasonal favorite.
