Another Bill Murray classic and another addition to the Christmas movie list. This hilarious twist on the Dickens novel is a light-hearted, yet touching tale that captures the spirits of the Dickens characters in different people and an updated setting.
Bill Murray is sharp-witted and miserly, but not as much of a Grinch as Scrooge. Karen Allen provides a nice balance as his ex-girlfriend. The first 2 Ghosts of Christmas are hilarious, especially the perky, zany and violent Ghost of Christmas Present.
Wild fun and a good time at Christmas.
