Review of Scrooged (1988) by Ken C — 09 Dec 2010
This movie's not bad, it's not great but it's alright. I thought that it may have been a little too dark for a comedy but Bill Murray provides the right amount of entertainment to make you forget about them, especially at the end when he talks to the audience and encourages them to sing along with the cast. He's a very cruel Scrooge and the meanest i've seen out of all of them but you can tell he still has a good side to him as you watch him look at his past and present self.
The ghost of Christmas present is an annoying bitch and I wish nothing but death upon her, the truth can be painful though.
Overall this was much better than I was expecting it to be, it's not one of Bill's best but certainly not his worst it just sort of falls in between. I would say watch it if your really curious.
