Better than I thought it'd be.. cause.. I wondered how they'd manage to put it together without the audience not even wanting to risk their ability to take this movie seriously..

But they for the most part managed to do so, through a sort of "re-written rules" of surviving a horror. But the characters.. were sort of pointless.

Neve Campbells character was barely mentioned in this movie, along with Gale Weathers, and Dewie. You mean the movie that references the first movie the most is the one that has the least saturation of the original characters? Why?

There was a few pointless stupid characters in this movie, such as the the two cops (especially), and then the nerds. The girls in this movie who were Jill's friends kinda made the walk towards the climax sort of irrelevant. Your best friends you've had for years and years are the ones you target first???

With it's new styles, and other interesting things.. the movie was great, but the things in it were not so great if that makes any sense...
