This third entry is now officially a comedy. They completely throw all the scares out of the window. Kevin Williamson did not write the script this time; we instead got Ehren Kruger (who wrote the scripts for Transformers 2, and The Ring).
And we all know that if your writer for this film is Ehren Kruger then results will be less than pleasing.
