"Scott Walker 30 Century Man" is not without interest, especially if you don't know anything about Scott Walker, but the filmmakers seem content to let the mystery surrounding Walker stay that way.
The film also gets bogged down in the third act when the recording of "Tilt" and "The Drift" is examined.
